LOCAL WINEMAKERS SERIES AT MESS HALL
MAKE TUESDAY GREAT AGAIN BY COMING TO MESS HALL
TO HANG OUT WITH SAN DIEGO’S TOP WINEMAKERS.
Wine has been made in San Diego since the Spanish monks established the missions in the 18th century. Prohibition nearly wiped out the industry but beginning in the late 1960’s, the county has been replanted. Today, a new generation of passionate vignerons are setting the bar ever higher for local wine. Frequently these wines are more widely available outside of San Diego than here at home. In keeping with the locavore ethos of Mess Hall and Liberty Public Market, we are excited to showcase our neighbors’ wines.
- $30 for 3 glasses of wine chosen by the winemaker paired with a snack specially created by Chef Colin Murray
- Flights also available at Grape Smuggler along with special retail pricing for bottles to take home.
